Our main project for 2023/24/25

TIRC is creating a 3D Tactile Bronze Sculpture of Tallinn Old Square, with the help of celebrated Estonian sculptor Tauno Kangro, so that the visually impaired and blind can "see/feel" the architecture in order to experience our UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Every Year TIRC Participates in World Clean Up Day
World Cleanup Day started in Estonia in 2008 as “Teeme ära!” (“Let’s Do It!”), when 50,000 volunteers cleaned the country in just five hours. Today, it’s a global movement with millions taking action in over 190 countries. Every year, Estonians continue to clean forests, beaches, and cities, inspiring the next generation to care for the environment. Recognized by the United Nations, September 20 is a day to show how collective action makes a real difference.

MTÜ Tanavatoo-Help for the homeless
Since 2020 TIRC has donated backpacks, clothing and blankets to the homeless of Tallinn. As well as providing 2 soup heating tureens so that weekly hot meals can be provided.

Haiba Lastekodu
In 2021 TIRC decided to resume support of the Haiba Childrens home. We started with providing school supplies and toiletries and hope to restart our scholarship programme in 2022.

Christmas Wrap
TIRC spent a day wrapping Christmas presents and then delivered them to large families whose children needed some seasonal cheer.
